Oats and Milk will increase FAT

Most of us thinking that Oats will reduce the fat. Oats having many fiber and more proteins and good things.

For many persons who is thinking to reduce his/her weight doctors will advice to eat Oats. But the in taking method only will decide whether it will reduce the fat or increase the fat.


If you are mixing up the Oats with hot water or with some vegetables then you will surely reduce the weight. But in case of if you are taking the Oats with milk then you don't think your weight will reduce. It will surely increase your weight. Because we all know milk having many fat content.

so who are all willing to reduce your weight then avoid Oats with Milk.

  1. I think this post shuld be more spesific.. People might get confused with the general statement as above.. Eg: If you eat cereal with skim milk and cereal with full cream milk.. which 1 may increase your body wt???
